The following information will be helpful in planning your catered event:
Catered meal services can be provided for employee functions or events.
To serve you in the best possible manner, guarantee your specific order and time, and to provide sufficient time for preparation and resource allocation, approved catered meal services requests must be submitted within the following time frames:
5 business days fdays for routine services such as breakfast set-ups and lunch sandwiches.
14 days for holiday events, employee activity events, barbecues, etc.
Catering orders with less than appropriate notice will be based on product and staff availability.
All deliveries include disposable utensils, paper ware and all necessary condiments unless otherwise specified.
Our professional catering attendants will set and clean up all food items.
To facilitate accurate billing, please be sure to complete all of the billing information on the catering order form. We bill all functions when the order is accompanied with a valid Charge Number. We also accept cash, and other forms of payment.
Please call our Catering Manager to receive any updated catering information.
Our regular catering hours are from 7:00AM to 7:00PM, Monday through Friday.
All cancellations must be received in writing in our office at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of your event. Same day cancellation may result in charge of full purchase price.
Please use the online ordering system. We no longer accept catering requests made by fax. Please call the Food Service Department at ext. 2209 with questions.
For Room Reservation and Equipment*
The Education Center (extension 2849) takes care of the room reservation, room setup, catering service, and any equipment needs for events in the in Billings or the Employee Carpeting Dining Room.
Contact the Food Service Department at extension 2209 for meetings in all other hospital areas requiring catering services need to.
